Halton 7 Our Kids Network is at the forefront of establishing strong, trusting partnerships
between families, schools, businesses, health and children’s services.

Halton 7

Our Kids Network’s vision is “All children thrive!” The term “thriving” is defined as growing strongly and vigorously and “doing well”. Thriving describes a child’s present state, but is also focused on their future prospects. Using a process (Research Based Accountability) that begins with the end in mind and works backwards, step by step towards the means, Our Kids Network has identified seven conditions of well-being needed for children, families, and the community as a whole to thrive. These conditions are known as the “Halton 7”.

In population accountability, the entire community, including government and business, shares responsibility for achieving the conditions of well-being for children and families.

The Halton 7 (Population Results)

  3. Children are positively connected
  4. Children are safe
