There are lots of great resources to help parents in Halton. These three are among the most popular and helpful. To open, just click on the links.

Community Services Inventory - a searchable database for programs and services in Halton.

These are telephone and Internet directories of over 3,000 community,
social, health and government services. Also, by dialing 2-1-1 or 3-1-1, which are available in over 150 languages, you are directly connected to a qualified information and referral specialist.

Your community guide for activities with kids, family events and resources, party planning, classifieds and information.

Other Resources

For families throughout the GTA, Parentcentral.ca covers family issues plus news, blogs, information and tools (e.g., a database of daycares and any registered complaints against them, info about toy recalls as well as where to find walk-in clinics, drug stores, obstetricians, family doctors and paediatricians).
